Refund and Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with a Pedal Chile product that you have ordered from www.pedalchile.com – please contact us first using the form at the bottom of this page. Once you have had a response from a Pedal Chile customer service representative and a return has been agreed, please return your Pedal Chile purchase by mail or courier service (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and include (i) your receipt or proof of purchase and (ii) a written explanation of the reason for your return on the reverse of your invoice. Remember to include this with the item(s) you are returning. Your input is important to us when we review our services and products for the future.
To be eligible for a return it must be one of Pedal Chile’s physical products
To be eligible for a return the product much be one of Pedal Chile’s Physical Products, which include our bicycle lubricant and the DYI Bikefit DVD only.
Be within 30 days of purchase
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must also be in the original unopened packaging
Pedaling Science All-Season Bicycle Lube has a 90 day refund policy. This is because it’s the fastest wet lube available and if you don’t think so, then let us know and we will refund this purchase for 3 full months after purchase.
Sorry but Digital Products are not eligible
Digital products are not-eligible for a return/refund due to the non-returnable nature of digital products. The products that are not eligible for a return and refund are as follows:
Road Bike Tune up video
Mountain Bike tune up video
DYI BikeFitting video - via stream or download (non-DVD product)
Our return policy requires that you complete and submit the web form to a Pedal Chile customer service representative no later than 30 days after the date of purchase as indicated on your purchase receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless you purchased the Pedal Science All-Season Bicycle Lubricant (90 days from purchase date)
The terms of this “Refund and Returns Policy” constitute your sole and exclusive remedy for any issue that you experience with a Pedal Chile product.
